You can't go visit an inmate unless you're on his visitation list. The interview gives his jail #; write him a letter and ask that he allow you to visit.

Wow. Problem is, he's going to continue his ways after he's out of prision. He's excusing everything that put him in prison and it's sad to say but he'll likely end up back in prison a short time after he's out.

That's probably not the issue here. Cecil never had to take responsibility for his actions as a youngster. There are many ways he could have learned inappropriate actions have consequences without going to jail. The fact he didn't learn this lesson is a contributor to his current situation.

He has the opportunity to get out in 2012, but he has been caught "exposing himself" to female guards . He will have to finish his last two years out, just because of this. He is seriously f'd in the head, letting him out is a bad idea IMO.
