Looks like he might make the roster.

It would be hard not to with the injuries they've suffered.

I'd be more concerned that they have 3 QB's that are all potential players.

I always liked Shep, but this surprises me.

Good for him!

Doesn't really surprise me. I thought Chip Kelly would be able to utilize his skills. Wish him nothing but the best.

Hope he makes the roster. Salas has outperformed him in the preseason games.

The eagles are going to be real bad this year. Kelly will need WR's to block significantly better than the average NFL wide-out. Desean Jackson and Russell Shepard will never be able to block the good corners in their division. With that said, Shepard really fell into the perfect scenario.

I think Salas passed him fwiw. He cooled off after a hot start. Hes still fighting for a spot

And the set up of that depth chart is awful. Has no football relevance at all

I didn't see last weeks game, but 13 guys caught passes, not sure if Shep didn't play much or just wasn't thrown to.

I wish RS the best but I am getting the feeling that CK is obsessed with this kid a little too much. Seems like he is trying to prove that he did not waste a draft pick on a receiver with average hands and marginal playing time. Want only good things for our x tiger but me thinks Chip doth protest too much.

He really went to the absolute perfect situation for him. I only hope he takes advantage of this opportunity because they're rare in the NFL

Correct. Money spent on a free agent not in vain.
