Is there any other fan base which personifies this more than LSU?

Well the idiots that run the show at LSU directly contribute to it. Arkansas is the only one I think of that is 2nd followed by the Vols. What do all 3 have in Common? Politics have ruined each one of the programs.

Yeah, why don't you go ahead and name another top 10 program that loses by 30 to a perennial doormat that doesn't recognize there are serious problems.

That was the worst loss in YEARS for LSU. 21-0 on 1/9 was a great victory compared to this. There is a VERY serious problem and those who don't see it have their head up their arse.

Worst loss in LSU history to the Mississippi State.

Yeah we're overreacting.

Any top 25 program who gets trounced by 30 at Mississippi State will feel like it was a catastrophe. A close game on the road, and you have a point. This was a thorough asskicking.

If LSU were a private enterprise, you can be sure heads would roll as they should. No excuse for this to happen.

Great logical conversation. Congrats on outing yourself as a 12 year old.

We're not as bad as we appeared. Miss St isn't as good as they looked. But.... anyone who thinks this wasn't an incredibly troubling sign just has their head in the sand.

It's way to early to call for firings. Heck, contract-wise Alleva has it sealed off pretty good for awhile. But all the fans who were concerned about the hire to begin with are well within their range to declare "I told you so."

Can O recover from this? Certainly. He'll have more games to right the ship and more opportunities to recruit the necessary athletes to put his plan in motion. However, a few more games like this and recruits see the handwriting on the wall. That's when the fun really begins.
