This guy defies all logic and relativity in our universe. Somehow survives another coaching change. He must be doing something right.

I would bet the coaching changes are not fully complete...although I don't think he'll be involved in the rest of them.

I'm still trying to figure out how this dude keeps surviving staff changes. What does he do on our staff? I've come to the conclusion his BBQ sauce is either amazing or he holds something over LSU's head. Maybe both.

Cuz it ain't his TE coaching. Did we even have TEs on our team last year? Ain't his recruiting either...must do something none of us know about. Oh well, at least we finally got a good OC.

Can we not even try to come up with something more original and funny than the 4 year old BBQ joke?

It's not like LSU was flushed with TE talent. Ensminger brings a lot of overall experience to the staff at a coaching position that isn't exactly the most vital. I do know Miles values the way he breaks down and analyzes film.

Henry is the main reason Smith came here, not Ensminger.

Not saying that you are saying this becuase your post seems pretty neutral...But I think its hilarious how people think that they know how good a coach is by what they hear on a message board when they have never been to a practice or anything.

Cool. Couldn't he do that in an admin position too though? Just saying.

I don't really care what coaching experience he brings, I've yet to see any of it translate to the field.
