Can we do anything to force LSU to get rid of Alleva?

He is an awful AD. Coaches are making lateral moves just to get away from this shite show. Most of his coaching hires have been terrible. Surely there is a way we can put some pressure on the LSU board of supervisors to force him out.

Did he fight for the south in the civil war? That's all that matters nowadays

so we should have given Steele a raise and an extension to keep him? Auburn offered him a 3 year deal worth 4 million. He's already overpaid at 1 million a year currently. I can only hope you were one of the people pissed when Miles was given a raise a couple years ago.

If we have raised Steele that would have solidified Alleva as a goner.

No, I don't think Steele deserved a raise, but it speaks volumes that coaches are willing to make lateral moves just to get out of BR. I have also heard that Corey Raymond may be leaving to go to Miami.
I was definitely not happy they extended Miles when he flirted with Arkansas a few years ago. I would have been happy to see him go then and now.

coaches move all the time. actually, our assts have been pretty stable under miles tenure.

LSU doesn't want Steele.

Why are you acting like this is a bad thing?

get a black lives matter protest going and say the administration is racist

That gets rid of Alexander and Alleva, basically a wet dream.

Or maybe it's possible that the teams taking our staff are making terrible decisions. Who told AU or any team for that matter in need of a DC that they should go after Steele?

Maybe. I've formulated a plan but I'll need your help.

I'll need 5 quarts of coconut oil, a wiffle ball bat, 2 Shirley Temple wigs, a midget and a goat.

Meet me at the Indian Mounds at midnight.

Bring an eggplant.

My guess is that Steele via Jimmy Sexton let it be known that he was looking to get the hell out.
