Can the SEC affliate with the Popeyes Bahamas Bowl?

Better than the Belk Bowl, Independence Bowl and Birmingham Bowl for fans.

I joke about it here and there come bowl season. Seems like a pretty good location to be our "Hawaii bowl". Would be cool if it pinned the SEC against the ACC.
