He pretty much echoed all of the comments you've been seeing on the Rant. Enough so that it's obvious he's a big reader of the board.

-dumb recruiting of players who don't fit scheme/philosophy

-scary lack of football knowledge by coaches (time outs)

-failed coaching philosophy with no back-up plan

-coaches putting players in a position to fail

-lack of short passing game to build confidence--all successful plays are bombs from scrambles

-etc, etc
