You are not in touch with reality. That's some serious sunshine you're pumping up cams azz. In fact u have pointed out almost every one of his successes and have given him maximum credit. Do u not know what a pumper is? You want to give him the credit for developing all those NFL players in 2013 but zero blame for the embarrassment of our passing game. That doesn't seem a little hypocritical to u? You want to blame the WR's for drops but don't mention yards given on what are really handoffs on the sweeps. Im not a nega and usually find myself on here defending the coaches but our passing game is potentially a huge problem moving forward. Miles hired Cam not to be in this position. I've been patient and still believe in cam but it's time to earn the money. We had this offense with Stud minus Fournette and was 12-0 one yr and had enough money to pay Chavis. Again bfnii, what has he done here that clearly says he's 1 of the best OC's in the game since 2013? Put something out there that's measurable because I can clearly see the difference in the Aggies D and the Florida O with 1 yr coordinators. Even the gumps had a respectable passing game last year with first yr OC Kiffen and seem to be respectable again this year with another new QB.
U think this time next year if auburn's defense is a tad improved that Muschamp won't be under the gun?
He didn't forget how to coach and has developed some of he games best too, but right now he's not earning his check either. And I'm a big fan of his but if his defense gets shredded about this same time next year against a team that is struggling to score points, it will be time to begin to question his strategy.

Cameron's such a great QB developer, why do they keep shipping Harris off to Whitfield in San Diego every summer?

coaches are not allowed to be involved with players after spring game and before fall camp. NCAA has very strict regulations. And Harris chose to do that on his own. our fans are just ignorant.

done. This is exhausting. Its been going on forever way before Cam Cameron was even a thought for the LSU job.

And before Miles was ever considered for the Job. LSU, at least since the 80s, I haven't watch many games prior yo that, has always been a run first program.

Les has had two of the better qbs statistically in LSU history. Mett and Flynn also own the record of most yards thrown against Alabama in the history of the program. Mett also owns the record for most completions in a game.

So why did Cameron keep getting fired?

Attitude Queen?

Bull shite Artist?

Perhaps the athletic talent on the field far surpassed his coaching ability.

If you substitute Marty Schottenheimer for Les Miles you have the exact offensive scheme in San Diego.

He didn't get fired in San Diego. They were one of the top highest scoring offenses in NFL history in 2006. He got a head coaching job because of it.

Cam was Whitfield's mentor. Cam Cameron is the primary reason George Whitfield is George Whitfield.

If only that were true when it came to pass protection. With a new starting QB and a mostly young WR corps, we need better pass protection if that phase is going to get better. I think that would help clean up the execution more than anything, because it will allow Harris to settle in, keep his eyes down field, and get through his progressions.

Because under the college rules, coaches only get a very specific amount of time to work with players. The majority of that time during the season is spent on gameplanning. So, this is a great way to develop mechanics and technique that the OC can refine at the opening of Fall Camp.

And this right here is why I hate a portion of our fan base. It's not enough that Miles just gave lsu fans the best 10 year stretch in lsu history because it wasn't done in the way they like.

Look at the excuses for this guy. Seriously, are we going to blame the OL now? There are many OC's that would love to have this OL at a lot less than 1.5 mil a year. And who's OL is it? Isn't he in charge of the offensive units? Or is he just a glorified QB coach/play caller. He certainly hasn't shown the skill to recruit one or develop a young college one.

Who's OL would u take so your million dollar guy can figure out how to complete a forward pass? I guess we could go to the pro bowl and recruit some of those guys. Listen to yourselves! Some of u should take just 1 of those excuses and Hold it for a later date for the HC, he can't buy one in here.

I thought Cam called a very good game against Auburn.
agreed

Syracuse was a disappointment and, no, the drops didn't help but that's all part of it.
The playcalling was schizophrenic. That's not a good sign and doesn't help your young QB develop.

The EMU game was as vanilla as I've ever seen. I think Cam and Miles were very concerned about embarrassing EMU and wanted to see what they could get done without scheming at all.
That could be quite possibly the worst excuse for the lack of a passing game that I've ever seen on here, and I've seen a bunch of lame excuses, probably about 50 of them.

You do realize that not only LSU fans complain that the games are like watching paint dry at times, don't you. I mean, do you so seriously live in a bubble that you don't realize that every football pundit has had the same opinion about the putrid offense and lack of a passing game? I find it odd that you sit there and think fans are just complaining 'cause they want to'. It's a known national fact in CFB about LSU's offense, we aren't making this shite up.

So, you don't wish to be entertained at LSU football games?

I laugh at the apologists who think themselves astute by denying the obvious.

I dont guess you consider dead last in the SEC in passing and 5th from the bottom in the NCAA in passing nothing at all. Somehow this is a measurement of excellence. Ok Gotcha.

The only statistical point that means anything is wins/losses.
It is the ONLY statistic that matters.
The rest is clutter.

Get it?
