Does he stick at TE or does he move back to DE? This kid would be a freaking stud at DE being he is 6'5 275. I could see him sticking at TE due to the fact he is our biggest TE on the roster for blocking. Dillon Gordon 2.0?

I wish they'd move him back to D End. Would be much better there then at TE. Hopefully Canada uses our big TEs like Pettigrew and Sullivan.

If we close with the signing class people are suggesting I'm not sure there is room for him at DE.

The kid should try to play the position he is passionate about though. I'm not sure if he was forced to TE or moved there voluntarily.

I want to see what Jacory Washington can do. A true pass catching TE. Hopefully those kinds of TE's can now see the field.

A true HS talent at DE. Was moved to block. He's not a pass catching/route running TE. Very athletic on the defensive side of the ball. Broke his heart when he was asked to move.

Nope. Once you're a blocking TE, you're a blocking TE for life

I believe Caleb is a good enough athlete to become at least serviceable pass catcher, with some work. And we know he can block--I believe he also blocked on special teams.

I also think the addition of the new defensive line recruits would may it tougher for him, to back track to DE.

We are not signing any TEs this year. We pretty much need him at TE.
