Come on, give Cain credit. He was aware of where the ball was and coached Fraley correctly. He is doing a much better job since the season began.

The base coach can not physically help the base runner and if he had the runner could be called out.

Watch what Cain did on a replay.
It was more than just sending him home. He was very agressive and got right up to Fraley to get his attention but he didn't touch him.
