BYU fan here again.

Well..........
A couple days ago I said the only way BYU could have any chance against LSU was if BYU won the turnover battle. I would like to officially change my stance...
Here is what would need to happen for BYU to even be in the game (if its played).
LSU at a 99.9% chance of victory.
Event #1.
LSU first and second string players get sick from food poison and the third and fourth string players have become the starters.
LSU at a 98.6% chance of victory.
Event #2
The bus that has the LSU 3rd and 4th string players gets lost on the way to the stadium and the LSU cheerleaders are called up to play.
LSU 96.4% chance of victory.
Event #3
The BYU Mormon population pray for the angels to help the team like on angels in the outfield. The angels come but even with their help BYU couldn't move the ball vs LSU D.
LSU 95.9 chance of victory.
Event %4
After a field goal on their first drive the entire LSU offense gets kicked out of the game for unsportsmanlike conduct and only the defense can play for the remainder of the game.
LSU 100% chance of victory.
Event #5
This would completely suck and I don't want this to happen but still.
Game gets canceled due to flooding. BYU fans are so relieved they party and bring in 10,000 kegs of root beer.
All in all if the game happens (which I hope it does you guys have been waiting long enough for a game) it will be a good preseason game for LSU.

Kinda what summation I came to after watching the game yesterday. But hey, Portland St might be a juggernaut. Maybe if they moved the game to Provo with the altitude, we flatlanders might struggle. Or did BYU show there true hand.

no excuse for game to be canceled. We have a whole week. You make the call now. Move it to Provo or Baton Rouge. I am good with either just so it is played. You do not wait until last minute like the dipshits here in the SEC did last year for our florida game. They were lucky it was rescheduled. but it could have been played in baton rouge that same week. pure incompetence from sec and florida officials.let's hope this does not happen again.

Dude - Don't sleep on PSU. They have a legit good defense and are coached really well.
Also - this was a classic looking past this opponent and really gearing up for next week deal. I'd bet we will see a MUCH more spirited effort outta the stormin mormons next Saturday.
That said - BYU has about a 7.2% chance of winning.

Yes they have some guys that come from bigger schools after getting in trouble, grades, or whatever. Overall though, not close to a fbs team.
