I know it wasn't all on him in the lose to UW but if the pressure of the game is getting to him....not sure how you fix that. Miles said he was tremendous in practice and scrimmages but in the game he struggles with relaxing and decisions.

No, but I don't really blame him.

If he had better teachers, yes. But that's not changing in the immediate future so right now I think what you saw is what you'll get.

No, it's been obvious from day one and our coaches have failed to make him feel more comfortable.

Because he doesn't let him throw it much...and when he does the throws are pretty difficult

Apex you hit the nail on the head. Miles doesn't have enough confidence in his quarteback to let him air it out, so when he does throw the ball, he feels pressure to be perfect. I like how Jimbo let his freshman work through his mishaps.

Yeah, the scheme has done him no favors, but this a kid so far in his own head I don't know how he even holds onto the snap.

It's sad to see, he's got talent. I do feel for him.

I don't think it's the game pressure, he's his own worst enemy.

Brandon Harris with proper coaching in a proper system would be a Hiesman contender. The reason he looks so confused out there half the time is because of the coaches. Their system is just stupid as frick and it leads to Brandon Harris not being sure what the play that was called was.

He's got a rocket for an arm, he is pretty damn quick, and the kid can scramble. I have seen him worm his way out of shite I thought there was no way he was coming out of.

I think George Whitfield Jr. is thought of as a good teacher. I feel the kid is afraid to just play because of bring micromanaged. All week and offseason your being coached by your position coaches. When the season comes along your being pulled two different directions. Les way and Cams way.

Being the QB at LSU is a tough gig lately. The fan base thinks Miles is terrible yet they can think of no better way to show it than to voice their displeasure with the QB during the game.

The game is too fast for him. Our o-line only makes matters worse.

The coaches need to tell him to run more, and they need to give hom more of those short pitch and catch throws.

That will build confidence

And better Oline play.

The OL was embarrassing Saturday, and the few times they gave Harris time, he often failed to step up in the pocket and bailed too early.

I think the OL deserves more blame, but Harris didn't do himself any favors.

Clearly no. I love the kid, but want no part of him as the LSU QB.

No. Just look at the first few passes. Shaq wouldn't have been able to grab them if he was put there playing wr.

I'd like to see them tell him before the next game that they are throwing the ball more than 50% of the time. Then go out there and do it. We've got nothing to lose now. If we lose the game, so what?

Maybe if he knows he'll get more than 5 trys in the first half he won't be so uptight.

Why didn't Harris run on final play? Harris is a shitty pro style quarterback so the only chance he has it to be a good dual threat quarterback. That last play shows he is not dual threat but is pro style.

Poise- Do you really think you can coach how to relax and play under pressure? Do you think Rory, Spieth, and Jason Day would win if they didn't have poise under pressure.
Pressure is pressure whether its golf, baseball, or basketball and if you can't handle it you can't be a champion. Take a Xanax!
Great kid but proof is right in front of your eyes.
