Brandon Harris will be named starter before next Saturday 8/30
I heard he has pulled away from jennings in the qb battle.
Jennings has improved his game but he just not ready.
Need to start game planning soon.

No.. They have both (les n cam) wanted Harris since last year. He just wasn't quite ready. He knew he was more gifted but didn't put the work in the film room. He fought a nagging injury and went to Twitter way too much and to Tim fletcher. No reason to name Harris yet. He's still got work to do and needs to push harder. We still may need AJ if Harris goes down. We don't want AJ tranferring. He could have but now it's too late I believe. Harris didn't run away with first scrimmage like hoped. This Saturday Harris needs to really shine more than AJ and I believe he will. We need AJ competing hard because ya know the cliche.. One play away. Harris will start and going into Starkville if he can play well.. 0 to's 200 passing 50-60 rushing he will gain some big time confidence for auburn revenge game. Assuming we beat state cam needs to calm Harris down and give him some easy throws maybe a lot of early running by QB and backs. Keep thst offense on sideline.

Miles is the source. I've never seen him give a QB reps with 1's all fall and not start him unless injured or something... Harris will start vs mcnese. We need to see him done by end of 3rd of I'm gonna worry. Let AJ get the 4th because Harris has thrown for 275 and 3tds and ran for 75 and a TD. LF has 100 by halftime and we see all our backs get carries.

AJ has done a lot of watching while they work to get Harris ready. He knows offense but pre snap reads and wkin thru his progressions key for him getting all these reps. As long as Harris is prepared Saturday for scrimmage job will be his 100%. It's 90% now. AJ was a little out of shape and needs the reps as well.
