Cox sucks but unfortunately I think they are the best in Baton Rouge. IF it wasn't for sports I would cut ties with cox and just stick to a internet only package, cell phone only and just watch Netflix Amazon Prime etc.

Cable and satellite companies only make a profit because of sports, if ESPN ever makes a subscription based service, removing the need for a cable provider, companies like Cox will go out of business. Personally I think it is a few years down the road.

another thing, cox tech support sucks, my parents were without cable for like 2 weeks, and we had to have 3 house calls to get everything working properly.
