Listening to the Bo Bounds show this morning....what a difference a couple of weeks makes. Now, Bounds is questioning what will happen to OM if they don't beat A&M this weekend...and callers are calling in and complaining about Freeze...seems the honeymoon is over.

However, Bounds did his usual and started in on how Les Miles was mishandling Fournette....saying that LF isn't the same back he was four weeks ago, and he will be worse in the next 4 weeks because Miles will wear him down to nothing...etc.

So, I called in.....first I addressed the OM caller that was saying all LSU has played so far is backup QB's...and that this weekend they would play a real qb and that LSU had a real shot at losing....I simply said hey, that real qb may be pretty good, but Vandy didn't have trouble stopping him.

Then I asked Bo why he wasn't tough on Saban, since Henry has more carries than LF this year so far??? I said Miles is NOT known for abusing rb's, and that Hill probably averaged only 16 or 17 carries a game. He didn't really know what to say....other than good points and good call, and that yes, Saban leans on Henry a little much as well....he said the difference is that Henry is good and that Fournette is great...a transcending back....I'm not sure how that relates to the use of the rbs by each of the coaches so far. LOL

I'm fairly confident LSU will go in dry on Ole Miss, whatever happens during the Bama game.

Ask him about Freeze using draft eligible juniors and risking concussions for # 1 player on draft boards.

My guess is the NFL ready jr's are about to mail it in before they declare for the draft.

Ole Miss fans are some of the least knowledgeable football fans I've ever met.

fournette will not wear down...his running style allows him to continue on.

he never takes straight on hits or hard hits. He seems to slide right off of tackles creating glancing blows.

that's certainly a big topic around here and of course fans are looking for any and all to blame freeze...the same people that were worshiping him 3 weeks ago after the bama game.

I didn't say it on the radio...but Bounds was questioning what would happen to Ole Miss if they lose to A&M this week. My personal opinion, which obviously means nothing, but I believe if they lose to A&M that they may not win another game this year....it's funny how a few good players in one class can make smart people lose all objectivity. OM is nowhere near a complete team.

Ole Miss had better not fire Freeze. They should've learned their lesson when they fired Cutcliffe.

Freeze is the type of coach that would retire in Oxford, and he is about the best Ole Miss can do. They need to give him the time they should've given Cutcliffe.

I'm sorry you felt like you had to endure that with a group of Mississippi redneck drama queens. Way to take one for the team.

Just repeating what he said....his statement was something similar to LF wasn't the same back he was 4 weeks ago, and would be even less four weeks from now. Inferring that Miles is wearing him down and will continue to do so until he is greatly diminished this year.
