Does Jimbo coach our bowl game or he hangs out in the press box as a spectator? I hear everyone assuming Coach O would take over for this game. Wouldn't Frank get a shot? If he doesn't, then I wonder if he takes it personal and flees. I guess we will have to see who Jimbo puts in charge even if he decides to coach FSU in their bowl game.

Just my opinion, but I believe Miles will coach the bowl game... It will be his "send off" game

I would hope they would let Miles coach it.

My guess is they already had this conversation and Miles won't be coaching the bowl game. If he was, it would have made more sense to announce Miles leaving this week and send him off with well wishes in Tiger Stadium then the bowl game.

i think Les should be allowed to coach the game. Although that sort of thing really isn't done anymore.

At this point, you could just about let the equipment manager coach it. It's just a meaningless exhibition anyway.

Normally when a coach if fired rather than retiring it's an immediate departure. Not good to have a fired employee hang around

Seeing that CLM isn't that good in bowl games that might not be a good idea

What decent reason exists to not allow Miles to coach it? He isn't bailing on the team. I'm pretty certain the players would want him to.

zero chance it would be Jimbo.

Since Les is such a great coach according the pumpers he will no doubt be snapped up quickly after a fierce bidding war.

Ed O coaches the bowl game.

Why would Les want to coach the game after being fired?

Les is 2-4 in his last 6 bowl games. Hopefully no game for him.

Depends on Miles. I he wants to play ball, i.e. retire, I could see him coaching. I he has to be forced out, i.e. fired, he will not coach the game.

Has miles even been fired yet? I'm gonna go ahead and say no. So unless he gets fired, or there's hard evidence that he will be, he's going to be coaching the bowl game and next season.

If they already have the new coach lined up as we are hearing, then there is no way Miles sticks around to coach the bowl game. Either the new coach or one of the current assistants will coach the bowl game.

Amazing people still believe he is staying. Did anyone hear his show last night?

Out of loyalty to his players, probably.

Not a peep from LSU refuting Miles will be fired. How much more evidence do you need?

You don't need a press release, just a little common sense.

I'm pretty sure Miles won't be here for the bowl game and will be gone after Saturday. I am also confident we have our guy already. Coach O may get that chance though. Just not sure how Frank will handle that though.

JIMBAW will be announced Monday bro. Done deal it's over. He will not be on the sidelines for the bowl game though
