Let's say we have Hootie and Cam Robinson on the team this year. We still wouldn't have beaten Bama.

well give me cam and give me tim Williams back and put tim Williams with arden key and lets see if jalen hurts scores that td on a scramble or lets see if john allen gets those sacks. hell give me calvin ridley and team him up with chark and lets see if someone can beat a one on one coverage. it makes a difference....we need linebackers so give me moses and give me the other kid they just pick up from the boot. shoo it makes a difference. keep them the hell out of Louisiana ya dig. geaux tigers

Had we given THerman big money we wouldn't have had it for Aranda and a great OC. Why are so many of you so high on Herman? Tell me how many games he lost this year he was favored to win. I am quite content with the way LSU's chips have fallen.

I think we move it better on Bama with CR

We still don't win. Sorry the rest of out OL was blown up that whole game, not just Malone

I think Williams is every bit as good as key. Both, with beck, would have made us even better.

I think that easily equates to wins, def FL, which would have us in the top 10 now.

You think we would be a top ten team at 8-3?

It matters dude, stop arguing

Do you think we beat BAMA if we have Tim Williams and Cam Robinson? We don't

We don't beat Wisconsin or Auburn either. its coaching not just players.

Dude, do you even follow recruiting? Alabama has made it a point to try and pluck players out of louisiana...and it's usually kids who are torn between lsu and bame. So not only do they land a to prospect at bama, but they also steal a top prospect from lsu. Hell yeah alabama recruits louisiana heavily. Saban isn't dumb dude, he knows the talent that louisiana produces and he not only needs them but doesn't want lsu to get then and have to play against them. Come on now.

its college football and sometimes one or two players can make the big ol difference, take tebow from florida take cam from auburn heck take jalen from Alabama this yr my point is is that booger is right shoo u take two players two 5 stars two top 10 players from the state each yr and that could make a difference hootie jones may not be Charles woodson but heck u put him next to jamal adams and who knows how much better this secondary would be....bama gets out top 5 players we take bama's three star players big difference. so no they not taking the entire state and neither can we take the entire state we only allowed so many scholarships but heck if u take two of the top 5 players every yr then it could deplete u two yrs later....when u play bama where the backup to the backup is a 5 star lol hell we need all the help we can get. keep it 100 booger.

Well consider both our OLB were held, I say he woudl have.

r lets see if john allen gets those sacks.

Jonathan Allen is a fricking Nose Tackle. So i don't think a LT woudl habe stopped him from dominating our weak Center.

hell give me calvin Ridley

Not a Louisiana player.

You have to do more than just "put up a wall around Louisiana"

You actually have to coach.

but Bama isn't beating usbbecause we lose a few players to them.

You are correct. we lost because of Les Miles.

Miles should make the list for the top 10 worse in school history.

If he was legit, we should have had a min of 3 titles during his time in B.R.

His record at Oky ST, shows what kind of coach he is without the Money, Talent, and commitment LSU has.

His record at Oky ST was 4 seasons, made 3 bowl games, won 1.

Maybe not but Saban has cherry picked a lot of top players out of Louisiana and its is dismaying to say the least that he is routinely able to grab as many players as he does right out of our own backyard.

You can't keep them out but you could do a better job I guess. Landon didn't consider LSU after the 1st in home visit from Saban. It wasn't personal, it wasn't any other than him wanting to play for Saban. His recruiting style sold him from jump. Les whiffed on who to recruit. He went after Mom & Dad but the decision was solely Landon's. No knock on Les, his recruiting speaks for itself. It's just in this instance, it wasn't the right angle. This is gonna happen from time to time. Just wish it would happen with 3*s instead of the best players at their positions every dam time

OR YOU CAN HAVE THE OC IN THE MYSTERY BOX

But 3.5 million is ok to pay for a head coach that has proved to be a failure at his only head coaching gig?

2012-2014 we lost because John Chavis was the DC....especially 2014 we had them. Less than a minute no time outs for them and we let him drive into field goal range. 2012 we let McCarron nickel and dime his way down the field and allowed a safety valve dump off to Yeldon be the winning play. That was Chavis in the end....Collins would have been out of position.
