...been frustrated about the previous staff's stubbornness regarding opening the offense. Frustrated about the time it took to make a coaching change. He see's the firing of the former staff as a great opportunity. Sounds put of by the idea that we may not hire a big named offensive guy. He's not different than some of us on this board. Except he has the mic.
