Hill and Ware were both in the backfield as blockers quite often together, I would think Les trusts Hill's more in pass protection, I don't know about his hands though.

Ware is gonna be tough to replace ... he was a battering ram that defenses didnt want to deal with late in the game. I remember that game at Auburn this year on the throw back from Mett to Ware that went for like 50 yards I was sitting 8 rows from the top and heard his helmet hit that db...O lord it was vicious. Point is Ware will be missed.

Both RBs have done well in the passing game.

Well they both can improve in pass blocking. Ware really was our best rb n terms of the passing game.

Just not as good. But I see your point.I don't think Ware was the same after his suspension last year.

You guys forget the playing baseball and the injuries that took away from his off seasons and getting healthy.

Also a lot of talk that ware and simon were leaving no matter what because of the smoking issues.

To the OP, hopefully neither. Just because we've run predictable scenes with our RBs, hopefully CC will have a more dynamic play calling flow that includes RBs doing and running multiple sets and plays, gasp, I know that sounds crazy, but I'd prefer to see both RBs run all plays out of all sets.

He was a beast this year, just saw his touches diminish. About half of what it was the previous year. He was used much differently this past season due to the emergence of Hill.

Basically another player who didn't quite fit the mold and ended up with spot duty, but did what he did well.

Blue had one big run vs Ole Miss/UGA and carried the ball the most in the florida game where we physically destroyed them. Blue is all hype right now.
