As well as the time they didn't call a walk on Heidl and bailed him out with a PF when NO ONE touched him.

Sure looked like a pretty obvious foul to me, but that is almost never called at the buzzer. I was shocked that Quarterman ran the floor with only 3 seconds on the clock. Seems that a pass could have put us in a better position to finish. Of well.

This. It kind of looked like a foul in real time to me, but if it isn't extremely blatant when it's the last shot of the game, then they err on the side of caution and don't call it. Imagine the consequences for that OU player if they mistakenly call a foul on the last shot when there is none. Maybe in the future they can start using the replays in situations like that.
