Yes it fricking is a shot. And a well deserved one.
He can recruit, but he could literally not get up or say a word during the game and his players would have a better feel of when to utilize timeouts

Think a little deeper. Put 2 and 2 together. CJJ is definitely a below avg coach. He has probably reached his ceiling. Like Les, it will be a long, underachieving journey to a new coach. Will stay relevant just enough to keep his job.

I wouldn't say they under achieved, but they sure didn't over achive. They definitely lost some games they shouldn't, and had some questionable coaching down the stretch of way too many, but I think most reasonable fans would have said before the season started that making the tournament would be a successful season.
