Betrayed by Booger

Cringe-worthy!
That's how I'd describe Booger McFarland's love affair with Nick Saban and Alabama. He was drooling just thinking about Cam Robinson on the Finebaum telecast. It's a sad day when you can appreciate Jerk Herbstreit more than your own guy.
At least Hester still waves the banner for LSU. He understands the necessity of despising your enemy.

He's not paid to be an LSU homer.

Everyone loves a winner

Well to be fair he is on tv and supposed to have no bias and Hester is not.

What's Pawl's excuse for ignoring this critical point?

Saban is doing something that is nearly impossible in modern football. He is excellent across the board. Just a fact, every coach in America is 2nd to him
I am not butt hurt over it anymore... I Just sit back and try to appreciate greatness...
It's all anyone can do at this point.
with that said, I fully expect LSU to beat Alabama next year in Tiger Stadium.
The jinx and the streak are over...

Read last week that Booger said if Les rolls out the same crap offense next Fall he won't last the season.

This. Dude has to be objective or he won't have his job very long. Besides, him being an unapologetic homer does LSU no favors.

It always blow my mind that people think that its odd that sports media would talk/gush about the best program in decades and the possibly the best coach ever.
NEWS FLASH: Alabama is a better program than everyone. They deserve the most coverage.

Agree 100% but he is also very anti-Miles. Which isn't a bad thing per se, but listening to him on C&P in December was nauseating.
Not a big fan of Booger, but that has nothing to do with his perceived bias.

This. You have to appreciate what he is accomplishing.

He's a national broadcaster with a high level of respect. He recognizes that Cam Robinson is a great player. With that being said, didn't he give up 3 sacks?

Booger has more class than Pawl and is being a professional.

News flash: Alabama has better politics than anyone.

Finebaum was hired for his ratings. His rating are drawn from stirring the pot. And for all the people who say he's a Bama homer, you must not have been around when he was trolling Alabama fans on a daily basis. They hated him when they were struggling through Dubose, and Finebaum instigated Alabama fans daily on his show. He's a journalist, not to be confused with an analyst
McFarland is an analyst. He's supposed to provide unbiased analysis on the game of football, not provide a hot take opinion to draw in listeners/watchers. He's not paid for personality or his propensity to piss off people on his show for the sake of comedy.
People who still have not been able to grasp what Finebaum's real motivation and why he's as big of a name as he is likely never will and is also a big reason why he continues to be relevant in sports media. Same can be said about guys like Skip Bayless

I think you'd be very disappointed if you heard anything Hester has to say about Saban. Hester loves LSU but he also likes Saban as well as Miles

True. But i find it unprofessional for a media analyst to openly call for a coaches job, as Booger did earlier this year.

Truth hurts... But you can't be scared of it
