Best Way to Listen to the Game While Driving?

Have to work today and will miss at least the first hour driving. Will have access to car radio and iPhone.

Yes, WWL broadcasts the game. You can flip through the dial and find it on about 5 different stations. I listen to some night games on WWL in Illinois.
