-Get a Damn QB coach
-Let OC do his damn job
-Convince all players to stay until their Senior year (probably most important)
-Keep recruiting the way he does, but make sure that he is recruiting players that fit the systems he runs.

Did you know that before he came to LSU, Cam coached his players from the sidelines with a headset? Not anymore. Now Cam is upstairs and Coach Miles is on the sidelines with the headset and the Offense Play-call Menus.

Coach Miles will continue this formula because he ENJOYS calling the plays and he is CONFIDENT that his Offense will succeed REGARDLESS of which play is called.

Think I'm wrong? Everything I just said is absolutely been proven to be true. Just a few days ago, Miles answered a fan's question with the very words I wrote in the second paragraph. And there are many photos of Cam with prior teams coaching from the sidelines with headphones.

So, no, I don't think that Coach Miles will be drastically changing anything.

He won't because he enjoys doing what he is doing, the way he is doing, and too stubborn to change to different ways he thinks unfit for his style of fb coaching.

He won't do any of that I said it before he has a "I'll take it from here" attitude when it comes to the offense.

He will never deviate from runing into a wall repeatedly, occasional long pass and once in a while trick play.

It will always take 3 years for a QB to handle his 68% run offense. There is no focus on a QB from Miles because he doesn't see the passing game as necessary against any opponent.
