Dammit pressed submit too soon
Making the trip for the SLU game for the first time in a year or two. I used to park down past the stadium on Gourrier(sp?) Ave. but am curious how rough it will be back there due to the rain and possibly getting stuck
Suggestions?

Across the street from the stadium is free parking. The lot with the gravel lanes. They have arrow boards pointing at it.

Do people still park on the shoulder of Nicholson by the train tracks?

I walked across Nicholson to the old front nine lots. Pretty long walk to the ticket office but if you are sitting in right field, its an easy walk back to the car.

park across the street I think that is the old back 9? But it is really easy to et out of there. If you know the back streets you can mostly avoid the bad traffic.

Yeah I thought the lots across the street were free but wasn't sure if some were still student parking lots or if it fills up quickly. Just don't want to get towed/ticketed/or stuck lol

It's easy to find parking across from the box. It's little strange on that side, you literally have to hop the curve or go up a sidewalk. But you will see plenty of cars parking on the grass, it's easy to find.

here is a map from last year. Nothing has changed.
I don't think they tow anyone for baseball games, just don't be stupid.

Cool, thanks man. Dumb question but they do have signs directing where free parking is anyway correct?

I think they do but I don't remember. They do for the hayfield lot but I'm not sure about the others. It's easy you can't miss any of them.
But if you are on Nicholson turn right (If coming from NOLA) Left (if coming form Downtown or Tiger Stadium) on burbank left on Gourrier the first street off Burbank headed away from the stadium, immediately turn left, than turn on what looks like a sidewalk and you can practically park anywhere in the grass area.

I'll be coming from Burbank so don't I pretty much shoot straight across Nicholson onto gourrier?
