LSU is so down at this point in time, that anything the NCAA does to LSU will actually be an improvement to the situation. LSU can only go up from here.

Yeah, it's easy to be nonchalant and say "screw the basketball team". No big deal, right? Wrong. The problem is when the NCAA starts investigating, it's looking everywhere, not just basketball. You feel confident our football program is squeaky clean?

I am not sure why everyone is jumping on Simmons. I would be willing to bet all these people offering him things were agents or people trying to get their foot in the door to get paid later.
