Basketball Team will be just fine

Oozing with talent. They are young...but they WILL gel and make a lot of noise before this season is over with. Lost by a couple and in overtime.....played down to the competition. However, they will learn, and once Hornsby and Victor get here, they'll be where we all thought they would. They are too talented not to. (And, although I don't think JJ is as bad of a coach as some have suggested, it won't matter.) Just chill out and watch.

How do you know they will be better? Can you see the future or are you just making assumptions. Never make assumptions kid.

Agree. They need some refinement and with Hornsby and Victor back, I think they will be able to run with anyone in the conference. Yes, even KY - we've played them to the wire the last few years with much less talent.

They lost by 1 yesterday and went to OT today. I'm not going to panic about a team when 3 made FTs would have them at 5-0.

First of all, you probably shouldn't call me "kid". Second of all, I'm not making assumptions....I'm simply expressing what I suspect will happen based upon my appreciation of history and the talent on this team (and the talent that is on the team but hasn't yet suited up.) Simmons, Blakeney, and Sampson are legit. Quarterman is legit. Josh Gray, at times, is legit. (Sometimes Gray is the catalyst that gets the team going...other times he looks out of control.) Anyway, we know Hornsby is the real deal, and Victor is more of a "hope" than a "know"...simply because we haven't really seen him yet. These are quality players that stack up against anybody based on what we know about them. So, I don't consider it a reach at all. Just my humble opinion.

That couldn't be farther from the truth when you're 5 games into the season. Losing by 1 and losing in OT is much different than getting the doors blown off in back to back games.
There is no reason to hit the panic button considering how the games were actually played.
