Which are better seats at Alex Box? Standing room only grandstand or outfield bleachers? Thanks for the help.

depends on the game with SRO you can likely get a seat in the grandstands after a few innings. If you don't want to stand large part of the game buy seats in the outfield. I like sitting to watch the game so I'll buy outfield over SRO

No seats with standing room only, but I'd rather stand behind the grandstand seating than have a bleacher seat behind the outfield wall.

Thanks for the advise. I'm taking my 10 year old and can buy from LSU ticket office and get left field foul line bleachers or SRO. I'll hold out and try to find some better ones. Thanks again

Standing Room only. Just have to suck it up and get there a solid 45 minutes to an hour early to get a good spot. If I am in the outfield bleachers I might as well not go.

LF is where the cool people hang out...

but sro is closer to concessions, bathrooms and such...and it's in the shade, protected from rain...

I like seats by the bullpens. I like to watch the pitchers warm up.

RF bleacher seats are just fine. After time change you have to deal with the setting sun on night starts, but thats about it.

I prefer my unobstructed view from the RF bleachers as opposed to standing for 3 hours shoulder to shoulder and having to coordinate trips to the bathrooms, concessions, etc.

Depends on the game and # of people you are with too. If it's just you and your son, holding a standing room spot can be difficult sometimes if it is crowded and you need to go to the bathroom/concessions. A big weekend like regionals, those SRO spots have a way of molding away when someone steps away. If you have a group of 4 or something then you wouldn't have that problem. That's a SRO rule in general, not just at the box.

its not like you have to do this. just go sit down after the 2nd inning. its not a big deal.

If I can't see the balls and strikes it makes the game unbearable to watch. I go to 90% of the games since I have attended LSU so it is what it is.

If you have a bleacher seat ticket, you can still do the same thing that you would with a SRO ticket. If you want to stand behind for a couple of innings, you can do that. The only advantage to having a bleacher seat is when it's completely full, and you don't want to stand, you have a reserved seat.
