Coach needs to make them all cut their hair after that debacle last night. Mardi Gras trip must have been worth it this year.
With that said, losing to Nicholls is the same as losing to Yale last year with weekend pitching on the mound. Plus it was cold. The last time LSU lost to Nicholls they won the national title and I'm sure the doom and gloom was no different this time around. If not for the wild pitchers LSU would have been lucky to score at all.

I was surprised that we didn't pinch run for Chinea in the 8th. Their pitcher threw one in the dirt and a quicker runner could have advanced a base to possibly put some pressure on them.

IMO, Coach puts too much stock in the old school lefty/righty match ups for regular players. Of course, we all knew that Tyler Moore could not hit lefties.

I hate when coaches put that much stock into lefty/righty matchups. Let your best hitters play.
