"Just went with my gut"

"Thought we had it won"

Is there a coach in the house?

I coach my son's 2 year old travel baseball team. What do you need to know?

Should apply for Consultant to LSU; probably could deal better with game situations.

So you really think that wil hold up?
Also, what is that average with hitting with 2 outs and RISP?
3-17 last night with RISP including a man on 3rd with NO OUTS!

You seem to enjoy being ignorant.

Eta: When did LSU have a man on third base with no outs? I was there for all 15 innings and I don't recall that situation happening.

Yeah. I watched the whole thing and the 10th there was 1 out. What difference does it make? This team is like their manager, not a finisher.

It just proves you can't even correctly recall a game situation much less know how to coach baseball. Thanks for admitting it.

Nope, not me, Bru. I was sitting in a purple (Champions Club) seat on the third base side.

I not only played through freshman year college, I coached , and I actually umped games including Ben in High school at Denham and most of those that played in the 80's on this site as part of the umpires association.
So because I'm in my 60's and watched a 15 inning meltdown by a coach doesn't mean I have a perfect memory the next day on 3 hrs sleep.

It really is a sad situation when a coach leaves in a guy that hasn't hit all year, especially against breaking ball pitchers, knowing he is a strong candidate to strike out. Adams and both catchers he loves are garbage. Look at that catchers interference call the other night and tell me Paperski doesn't do that crap at practice? He does it because he believes he is framing something when more often than not he is hurting pitchers like Lange who rely on late ball action. He is the reason Lange doesn't get a lot of good pitches called - not Lange. But God forbid saying that on here because the baseball gods like you little arse pimple knows everything. Umps do not like being shown up or trying to frame balls that are 3" off the plate like he does because the fans then get involved.

I've forgotten more baseball you will ever know.
