One thing I really like about Coach Mainieri is he is not afraid to shake things up when the team is not performing up to his expectations. Expect several line-up changes (speaking about the players in the field) this weekend. I expect several of those changes may even take place tonight, but not sure. Players have already been informed who is starting and who will not play this weekend. I hope this gets their mojo back. Looking forward to a great weekend at the Box.

He's been changing up the lineup the entire year.

Yeah, he's changed it more than we've changed rally girls....neither seems to work

Its like gambling...better to be lucky than good. LSU needs to catch a few breaks and then realize they don't suck. Once a couple Rhymes bloopers find grass theyll be fine.

I doubt CPM has finalized his lineup for the weekend, he may play with it some tonight and than put out who he thinks gives us the best chance to score this weekend.

Well if the non conference schedule prepared the team than he might have a better idea as to who is ready for SEC play.

Yeah because if we had gone out and played Virginia and Oregon State he would have known that most of the returning players from last year would start slumping.

Lots of teams had cupcake OOC and are just fine. The problem was the shuffling to begin with. He was trying to get guys as much PT as possible, and in the process, they couldn't get into a groove. I don't understand why it took so long to realize Scivicque is the catcher; Moore is better at 1B; Fraley needs to be in the OF w/ MAC DHing. If those guys had been playing those spots, just from say week 3 on a consistent basis, we may not be having these issues.

Don't blame me for doing something that stupid. I could have told you not to do that.

Someone needs to tell Nola though. He likes Chinea behind the plate.

Nola can have whatever he wants. Stick Scivicque at 1st on Fridays.
