You're welcome tigger! Blowouts like this are the most fun, except for all the subs.

LSU baseball is 9-0 against Missouri since they joined the SEC.

Sweeps in 2013, 2015, and 2016.

If Mississippi State can hold on against A&M, we'll be in a 3 way tie for 1st in the West at 9-6. Not too shabby after starting off 2-4.

And they can't it appears. 1 game out of 1st ain't too bad.

I think the biggest change between now and 3-4 weeks ago has been Deichmann. He's finally settled in in the field and at the plate. He looks like the player we were expecting him to be.

First half of the season he was one of my least favorite players on the team. It looked like the effort just wasn't there and he was a defensive liability. Now I look forward to every one of his at bats.

I will reserve judgement that we've turned the corner based on sweeping a 4-12 Missouri, but it's great to see Deichmann coming around. If Lange gets fully back to last year's form, along with the young bars coming alive, we have a shot.

At 9-6 at the halfway point, this team is exceeding my expectations so far. Fun team to watch.

Agreed - I was a definite nega- Deichmann, but he has certainly turned it around and turned me into an avid supporter.

Sure is...would like to see more of the same lineup that rolled out there today. Romero can hit, and having both Jordan bro's deep in the lineup just lengthens the batting order. After today's game, the lowest BA in today's lineup was .299....not bad at all. Keep pitching well, play good D, and let these young hitters continue to develop. GT!
