Kind of depends on what you like. Lange has the best stuff and can make guys look silly and get a ton of strikeouts. Poche is a guy with good stuff but is more of a pitch to contact hit the spots and make batters get themselves out. They are both fun to watch and would be Friday night guys on most teams in the country.
