I sat through every minute of every game through the 90's for the exact same reason. It was fun. But, piped in music is waaay better though.

The piped in music is trash but it's hard to get excited when they field that product. People say we aren't a hungry fan base but I disagree. We're starving. We just have a team that couldn't score on Troy until 4 min to go in the 3rd quarter.

ETA: There was like 70k at the beginning of Troy. Any fan base that sends 70k to a troy game, knowing the parking and traffic situation, cares.

The games also last forever. So many stoppages. I get it, the TV companies have a lot invested and need to make money back with ads but it fricken sucks for the fans. There's a bubble and it feels close to bursting. People are really starting to not tolerate how long the games are now.
