We need to spread the field out more every defense knows when we are gonna run and pass.

Sounds great and all, but have you seen our pass protection whenever we go to the gun, or a single back set under center? It hasn't been very pretty so far this year, and was especially disappointing this weekend. Until that comes together, they're going to max protect as much as they can.

I've been saying why not do 3 wr sets and use Jeter or smith at the te spot

Right now we do 2 wr set and we do go routes all the time

Um, did you see the first half last night? We were in 3 WR sets plenty of times and we chunked the ball around a good bit. Things just weren't working for whatever reason.

They've actually gone with 3WRs out of the I, or had the TE split out off the line more than in previous years. JD Moore is a solid FB who seems to have a good bond with Fournette. Since the offense runs through him, Moore will see the field a ton. That means plenty of I. Still, they can and have run 3 wide out of it.

Because we have a one read passing game. If that one read isn't there, we aren't getting it done.

We need more single WR sets. Or how about just no WRs. Just have all TEs and RBs. You know Les wants to.

Would like to see us run the pistol formation. Get the ball to Fournette quickly, and run play action out of it.

Recievers don't catch better in certain formations.

I sat with my dad and watched the game and called over half of the plays. I am pretty sure the other team can do better than me.

I'm calling BS. You may have been able to call run or pass but that's not really important. There are major differences in types of runs. For example our tailback normally follows the FB but every now and then we run opposite of the FB and it's usually for a big gain. (See LF7 Td run against A&M last year). So basically there is a zero percent chance you called what plays were coming.

I agree we should use 4 wr sets because of the talent we should spread it out more against teams like ole miss and bama to catch them by surprise
