Average points over last 5 games don't lie!

In the last 5 consecutive losses to Bama LSU has averaged 12.6 points/game, while Bama has averaged 26 points/game which is a 13.4 point differential.
Does anyone really believe 12.6 pts. per game will beat anybody in the SEC West now? NO! They won't. I agree!
This series losing streak is on the offense in my opinion! For example, if we score a TD after the TJ Yeldon's fumble inside the Bama 5 yard line last year we win in regulation.
We need to produce 14 more points to have a chance and we won't do that using the current approach of either: A) Running between the tackles against their Defensive strength, or B) Throwing the long ball and hope it works out (low percentage plays).
The turnover for Bama potentially took away points from our offense and gave them and easy 7 to start the second half.
The difference is either one series with a turnover and we score (14 point potential turnaround) or we control the clock gaining 1st downs with short passes in the flat, to TE's, or RB's like Guice who can make big giant LB's miss in the open field. Even LF can fake one guy out in the open field but not 7 who surround him 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage.

Doesn't matter. Many have given up on this team as long as he's head coach

Good thing no one else consistently has a defense like Bama.

well that seems completely reasonable and not borderline retarded at all.

I think you're giving them WAY to much credit.

You ask a question, answer it yourself, then agree with yourself. I think there is a name for this.

I've noticed the Miles sucks narrative has changed to include B now. Used to have only A. But maybe I am just forgetful.

The fans? I don't think the outcome of games are based on "fans" confidence.
I don't understand you people. We are sitting at 7-1 with a very real chance to play our way into the playoffs or at minimum play in a great bowl game. The way some of you act, I would think we were 1-7.

We are second leading scoring offense against SEC opponents only this year.
And it should be noted Arkansas has had 3 OT games this year.
But you not unlike your low IQ brethren keep perpetuating this fallacy that a 7 yard pass is somehow different than a 7 yard run.

We've exceeded basically everyone's expectation to this point in the season. It's amazing how quickly one game makes that go away apparently.

Why stop at 5?
Last 8 games (since Miles went into turtle mode)...
16
13 (OT)
17
17
0
9 (OT)
24
15
13.8 points a game for the last 8 games vs Bama. Yet we run the exact same game plan every, single time.

How many 7 yard runs did we have against Bama last Sat. night Mr. Spock?

Yes it's Thurs. and we play Ar-Kansas in a couple days, but all you guys who just want to let it go are part of the problem. I promise a coach in Tuscaloosa wouldn't just let it go if he got is arse whipped 5 in a row!
If we're willing to just accept getting the same results against our arch rival consistently then we'll keep getting it.
