A freshman QB got caught up in the moment. His HC saved him from a bad mistake. For once Miles did a good job with the clock.

So we've gotten to the point where we're not just criticizing Miles for making mistakes; we're criticizing him for almost making mistakes.

His problem is the same problem that Charlie Mac had. A great coach at Bama

Wait a minute. Bama's coach wasn't coaching all four or five of Charlie Macs annual losses his last 5 years.

Nothing good happened since 2007 to make up for a triple overtime loss? Really?

What's it like being so insufferable?

Clock management and losing to bama & ole miss!!

If you don't think Miles is a hell of a football coach then IMO you don't know jack shite about football. Bama is just on a great run but we have competed with them during that run better than anyone else. When has LSU had a better run? Some fans act like we competed for the title every year under Saban or before that. Let me remind you that we didn't! Let me remind you that Saban lost to UAB at home and Iowa in his last game...So don't get on here and talk shite like we are the greatest program in the country and Miles has kept us at a mediocre level. He has kept us competitive and in the hunt every year. Instead of belittling his accomplishments and crying every time he makes a call you don't agree with we should remember the 80's and 90's and how embarrassing they were. You can disagree with his calls without getting on the rant and tearing down our coach, who 95% of the country would take in a heartbeat.

Never. There is at least 50 or 60 people on the rant that knows more about coaching than Miles and that doesn't even include most people I know.

I was thinking they should line up and try to draw Iowa with a hard count. Don't snap it, take the delay of game. But if one of Iowa's players jumped we don't have to punt.

Let's talk a closer look at the losses that keep us relegated to Restaurant Bowls that we usually lose. The 10-win Koolaid drinkers only want to talk about wins. The losses more than offset the gains of 10 wins. At last count, 21 teams won 10+ this year.

If you all are referring to the last series, it looked to me like AJ forgot what down it was and tried to down it again.

its exactly what happened. i can't believe this is what i'm waking up to today. a bunch of dumbasses that can't come to grips with the fact that #6heismans fricked up royally by taking the team to the line and preparing to snap it. it was an idiotic freshman mistake and it happens. laying this at Miles' feet is insane especially since he stopped the mistake from happening.

Usually lose? Les is 6-3 in bowl games, so I guess usually has a different meaning for you.

Probably because there are more than 3 times as many wins as there are losses since he got here.

Do they? How is that? LSU has never had as much exposure as it has had since Les got here. Don't let facts get in the way of your stupidity though.

So we're in the top 15% of all programs after losing the most defensive players ever to the draft and playing in the hardest division. And you're complaining. How do I put this nicely... frick you.

I think Miles is a great coach overall but I get frustrated that he usually takes his foot off of the pedal and lets the opponent back up off of the mat thus causing my hair to prematurely turn white and a nervous tick to have developed in my eye.

Nice win yesterday and overall a successful season. To get an "A" for the year you gotta beat Bama.

Thanks for setting this moron straight.

I don't want him to manage anything of mine. I guess this genius only looks at his losses in the stock market. Buffet is a complete dumbass in this guys book of logic.

Les ain't perfect. His has some weaknesses but after almost a decade in by far the toughest conference in the country, playing a brutal schedule every year, his record is his record. And, it ain't bad fellas.

Les had no idea it was 4th down on the last play of the game and neither did Jennings. If it wouldnt have been for Rivers and Hill, we would have turned it over on downs.
