This seems to happen to OU every year....usually OLINE..i think one year they lost like 5-6 starters before the season started. I have the unfortunate chore of living in OK and they talk about it all the time on local radio.

Three injuries, ONE OF THEM BEING NON-CONTACT, isn't the coaches fault. Jesus some of you must have been oxygen deprived as children.

Georgia has always had this happen to them but theirs is usually due to poor conditioning and training under Richt and I doubt that is the problem at LSU. This looks to be just a run of bad luck. Hopefully it ends quickly. I like to see kids get to play when they have worked so hard all year. An injury at any time is bad but during the season sucks for the kid. Just my opinion.

They aren't freak injuries at all they are just injuries that happen in football sometimes. Injuries happen. Would love for these to stop but if these 3 were spread out over the whole fall camp instead of these three days people would not be asking this question.

Injuries are going to happen. Better that it happens the first week of camp than the week before the season starts.

Chill, bro. Sadly, shite happens. Was it Notre Dame year before last I think lost half their team to injuries? It really can't be avoided in the game of football. Part of the game. Let's just pray that there are no more. All we can do.

No other program has had any injuries. In fact, the sky is falling and the season is over.

Ohio State lost their top 2 QB's in 2014.

....and went on to win the national championship.

Injuries happen in a contact sport
We lost two guys to knee injuries right before our season at LSU in tennis one season. That was 20% of the team

If our 22 players aren't tough enough to handle two-a-day, full pad scrimmages in 90 degree heat for the entire month of August then we'll play with 3rd stringers.

Unfortunately, injuries are a major part of football. Can't blame the staff for injuries.

Coach Aranda's Big 10 coaching style is too tough for the speed and finesse reliant players on the roster.

Aranda was always a guy who was considered to be an advanced defensive coach.
