At least we won't be losing all of our sophomore and junior talent to the NFL

Well losing talent early has been LSU's biggest problem, and I think that's where we need to focus our "change in philosophy" or whatever.

Our three and done epidemic has been turned into a tool in recruiting, so we'd have to change our recruiting strategy as well. The biggest reason kids come to LSU is because we're an NFL factory
