As we start our march toward Omaha.....

That summer I took I job in the Midwest and I drove from BR. I can't recall how I got a cassette recording of the ending of that game. Anyway I listened to the ending so many times that the cassette broke somewhere around South Dakota.
I kept it on my office desk for a few years. Memories. Hard to believe it'll be 20 years next summer.

LSU used to sell cassette tapes of the audio call of the highlights of that game, including the entire 9th inning. I think the cassette was called "Tigers Win! Tigers Win!"

Very hard to believe that it will be 20 years next year!
I was fortunate enough to be seated 10 rows above the Tigers dugout for that game. What a life-long thrill!!!
