Not buying this. Why would O call and warn a coach he is about to face

That's my question. They shoot you in the military for doing that. Its called being a traitor. Consorting with the enemy.

Coach O was also the D-Line coach at the U while warren sapp was there. Not saying he is full of shite when he says Key is the best, but definitely hard to believe.

Im sure if it happened it was just during casual conversation and he was just stating the talent of the kid. Happens alot between coaches.

Ed O also told detilier that Anthony Johnson was 2 notches above any defensive tackle he'd ever coached.......

Orgeron never coached Anthony Johnson, so how did that conversation happen?

He's at 230-240. I think it's very possible he breaks the SEC freshman sack record. I think he's better than Garrett as well.

Expectations, lets set them a little lower.
Let's see how much playing time he gets before we put him in the hall of fame.

Orgeron recruited Johnson, he was committed to Tennessee while O was there, that's how it happened.

the more you look at garretts numbers the more overrated he looks. here are his overall stats, per game, vs P5 teams

sacks = 0.4
solo tackles = 1.7
assisted tackles = 1.7
tackles for loss = 0.63

for comparison, here is the same for Derek Barnett of Tennessee, who is also a sophomore DE

sacks = 1.0
solo tackles = 4.6
assisted tackles = 2.0
tackles for loss = 1.9

vs P5 teams, Barnett had 9 games with 5 or more tackles. Myles had 1

somehow, 1 of these 2 is on everyone's preseason AA lists, and its the one with the shitty numbers

Please stop. Garrett is legit. The dude was a freshman for god's sake and had 11.5 sacks on the year. Who gives a shite which games he did it in. He still good. The dude will be a top 10 pick if not higher in the 2017 draft.

Sione Teheuma could've did the exact same thing if we gave him consistent playing time. He had 3 sacks in like one game so Garrett gets no love from me.

He had two in one game and does that take away from the fact that Teheuma had a good game because a lot of people on the rant sure said he did. I just think it's ridiculous how hypocritical people are just because somebody plays for another team. Hell give the kid some credit for having almost twelve fricking sacks in his first collegiate season. That's damn good for anybody much less freshman. Had somebody for LSU done that he would be the next greatest player to ever play in purple and gold and you know that shite is true
