I meant to post last night.
If you buy either device you will get pretty much every L.S.U. Baseball game.
All 3 were on this weekend.

99% of LSU baseball games are available to stream via one of the many devices available.

Its not just those 2 devices.

Probably just a different format of the app. Did you try to search LSU? I've had similar problems looking LSU games on different devices. It's in there I promise you just have to figure out how to locate it.

Is anything about the apple or Fire better for some reason ?

I'm not a member of the Best Buy geek squad or anything, but I'd imagine the picture quality is much much better on an Apple TV or roku type device because you have a much bigger picture being sent to your tv. With a laptop it's a small picture being blown up, kinda like a picture on the computer. Also, it's nice to have a remote (or phone app) to control it like you're watching a tv instead of having to play on a laptop any time you want to change something.

Plus, you'll also get netflix, Hulu, mlb.tv, or anything else you may want to stream already hooked up without having to hook your laptop up.

All this information is not helpful if you do not have an ESPN login. I'm sure you probably know that but just in case an FYI
