Musberger would have cried buckets if Texas hadn't jumped Bama. He was campaigning for the jump last night.

Actually I think Texas does deserve No. 2. Bama's O is sucking lately.

I agree but it wasn't my point. Musberger attempts to influence voters every time he calls a game.

I actually have no problem with the top 10 in both polls. LSU is right where it should be...out of the limelight, but poised. And USC finally outta there!!

Yup. Let's see.

tOSU loses to a team that is 3-6 and USC in a nailbiter, and they stay in the top 15.

USC loses to a 3-5 team and then gets blown the hell out by a #10 team and they magically stay in the top 15.

USC should be at best #17 right now, and that's only because you can't put them behind ND who again is overrated.

After the complete and utter arse kicking we gave Auburn, how exactly are they receiving votes?

Iowa drops 4 spots after an 18 point win

Justice has been served in the AP at least.

All we need to do is win. Nothing else matters at this point.

The polls are f'ed up because of the media. If we lose to Bama, #3, and with a lose already to Florida, #1, we would not have a prayer at the BCS. USC could lose to ULM and Southeastern and still be in the running. Such bullshite from a bunch of c$@#suckers who probably would have never stepped on a football field if it weren't for media creds around their neck.

we lost by 10 to the #1 team in the country. USC has lost to a team we beat and the #10 team in the country by 27, yet... they are only 3 spots behind LSU in the rankings. Man, that teat of Carroll's must surely be sweet!
