is kidding themselves.
This was essentially a road game that reminded me a lot of the Va Tech game under Saban.
LSU was never in sync.

I'm not ready to write the entire season off because of the home opener. When you have an oline that didn't gell all fall camp due to injuries it showed.
Harris still can't read defenses and it's on Les to let Cam run the show on offense and put Harris in position to make plays as a junior. At this point, Miles has nothing to lose anymore. He's likely out at end of year but I'm still supporting this team with the majority of the season still left.
Unfortunately every bad play is going to show just how embarrassing the LSU fanbase can be at home in front of recruits.

Wisky had state pride and Lambeau field to defend. I wouldn't put it past Miles to be a gentleman to his BIG 10 brother and lay an egg, on purpose.

Anybody who LSU plays while Miles is the coach will always have a shot.

The week leading up all we talked about was Lambeau, the media and players only talked about Lambeau. We never talked about Wisconsin. We had no idea that this game in this stadium was such a huge deal to them. Everything was on the line for them. They played their arse off and LSU never even looked like they woke up that morning. Zero energy from LSU and we overlooked Wisconsin, and still could have won the game. We played the most uninspired football since the 90s. Never were in sync and almost never seemed to care. Put everything together and you get a loss. LSU is capable of playing in front of 50k. It was only a good atmosphere for a couple minutes once it was sealed.

But this game was incredibly embarrassing. I haven't been this embarrassed by LSU in a long time. We suck and we know it now. With any coach on the planet we could at a minimum put 21 on the board. With les we can lose to anyone, and he just proved that

Well, you do have to game plan for your opponent. This isn't the NFL, and this isn't a vanilla preseason game. You find mismatches during film study, and you exploit them. We thought we could trot out a base package and beat a P5 team?

I don't understand why some of you keep on and on with these excuses. It doesn't matter what they did all I care about is how we looked and Wisconsin has abselutly nothing to do with that. I wouldn't of even cared if we lost had we looked good doing but that isn't the case PERIOD! We looked terrible man

Ok what is your point?? That's the thing Les doesn't game plan very well nor does he exploit anything but his own teams weaknesses.

Rolling around laughing isn't going to change anything. I mean it may make you feel tall and all but Wisconsin didn't kick the ball out of bounds or go for it and get stuffed. They didn't come up with the same game plan we've been seeing for 3 years now, nor did they run that vanilla offense. LSU did all that so like I said.

I don't mean to disparage or discredit UW, but they aren't a good team, a better team probably would have beat the ever living hell out of what LSU put on the field Saturday. Yes it was essentially a road game, but it was a road game against an inferior opponent going up against what should have looked like an experienced, well prepared, talented team. The fact that some of you think it was an acceptable loss just shows how low we have sunk.

Chryst had his guys fired up and ready to play, the bumbling, inept, jackass we call a coach did not....at all.

I didn't speak to a single Wisconsin fan before the game that thought they had a chance, almost all of them said they just hoped we didn't blow them out, we're excited to see fournette live, enjoying the trip to lambeau.

No one thought they had a chance in the media either

Would never say no shot

But we have seen this play out and are so use to just winning even these games of struggle.. at the end.

It's not a knock to Wisconsin..

It finally caught up to Miles.. just has everything else has caught up to him

A good team would have had LSU down by at least 14-21 points at halftime last Saturday. They ran 42 plays to something like 18 for LSU in the first half. I think Wisconsin is decent, but the game plan, lack of preparation, and level of play all bring valid criticism on Miles.

You act like we are basing this off this one game. Nope this is a culmination of the past few years with a piss poor offense and it remained the same in the first game vs the Badgers.
The offensive philosophy that almost got him fired last year he is still running and hasn't changed and wont change until he is let go.
