Anyone know "in general" how ticket sales are going for CFA Bowl?

Last I checked, Stub Hub had a lot of tickets in upper deck for the mid 40's?

how much tickets are going for? Nope

But I do know that you can get a tickets for like $20 standing outside the stadium after the game starts.

My sister in law (inb4nopics) works @ The Alumni Center & she told me last night that they've got quite a few unsold.

I've been told that LSU has sold about 10,000 of their allotment. That represents a bit more than half. Not great, but not a total disaster either.

Got mine for free so I'm hoping they are in a LSU section. Can't really complain though when they didn't cost me anything.

Has Clemson sold their allotment? It was reported that LSU received an allotment of 16,000 tickets, they've sold 10,000 and some change....are they responsible for the cost of the rest of the tickets?

Not sure if Clemson has sold all of their tickets, but I imagine that they will. Geographically they are closer and I think this game is a bigger deal to them than it is to us.

LSU will lose money on any tickets from their allotment that they don't sell. Has LSU opened up ticket sales to the general public yet? If we only have 10,000 fans show up, it will be embarrassing, so I'm still hoping that we get at least 15,000 Tiger fans to make the trip.

Yes....ticket sales are open to anyone on the LSU site. I wonder if the 10,000 includes player tickets, band, athletic department allotment, etc. The problem is all they have left are the upper levels for $80. You can buy sideline lower level for that or less online.

Probably so.

A friend of mine bought 2 tickets yesterday from the LSU ticket website and got seats in section 132.
