Patrick Peterson, saying Julio would break out tomorrow with 6 to 8 catches?

are you asking b/c you think you're the only one who heard that....
or to confirm you're not alone in the world by making sure someone else out there on the interwebe is doing the same thing you are?

Why is it so unbelievable that Julio will have 6-8 catches? He won't be lined up against Peterson the entire game either more than likely.

I think he's right...only because Saban knows LSU will be playing for the run...so they will be airing it out early and often.

just think that it highly unlikely that he will do something he has done all year against a corner as good as peterson

ummm....no way in hell Saban does this.

Unless 12-15 passes means airing it out.

Are other corner's are pretty solid as well just think if peterson had his way he would be on who-lio the entire game

PP was lined up against Green about 90% of the time. After Green scoring you can imagine that Chavis will want PP on JJ 99.9% of the time.

Julio Jones has not broken out all year against lesser CB's. Exactly what makes Palmer think Jones is going to have a break out game tomorrow against one of the elite CB's in college football?

If he catches that many, it will be for about sixty yard and no TDs. Not relevant to the outcome. In fact, PP takes one to the house tomorrow.

AJ Green had 5 catches vs LSU

AJ Green > Julio Jones

I can see Julio reaching 6-8 catches if gets a couple in the flats for 5 yard gains.

Mark May said the same thing. Expect a "breakout game".

I can see Julio having 5-7 catches, but as long as they are not for big plays, that's fine...

The dude is fast, long, and strong...I don't care how good a CB maybe, Julio is basically impossible to completely shut down if the Qb has time

The D needs to bring the pain to McElroy early and often.

Julio will have 5-8 catches mainly because Bama wants to put ball in his hands. You may see him catch ball on some quick slants, a few curl routes, some short things to let him make a move and try to break one.

why let this comment bother you? the talking heads on espn say ridiculous things all day long. they make prediction after prediction about what is going to happen and it never does. simply because jesse said it, doesn't mean it is going to happen. besides, we all know somebody told jesse to say that. he can't come up with an original thought on his own. he's still stunned from his trip to Death Valley in the late 90's.
