Just really fricking sucks. Thought this was the year. Was excited not only as a fan, but for Buga, Tre White, Beckwith, all of the guys that stayed to win a championship

No, I never thought we would be in the playoff. We returned 17 starters that got pushed around last year and the same coach.

We knew Miles would be retained at the end of last season, so I've had way more than enough time to accept that we won't be in the playoffs.

All the playoffs talk was silly. Les Miles is the coach, you ain't going to the playoffs unless you have tickets. I never thought for one second that was a possibility.

I accepted it after the Wisky game but there it is better to lose early in the season than late. That said, there are formidable (for LSU anyway) SEC West teams to face so I doubt we make it to the SEC Championship game much less the play offs.

It's one game for fricks sakes. Wisconsin is now the AP #10 team in the country. It's not like we lost to south Alabama.

I accepted that about midway through the 2nd quarter.
