I had season tickets last year with a parking pass. We gave them up for this year because we never felt it was worth it.

We noticed people selling tickets in for the ~400 section for like $25 every game. I always felt like we got completely cornholed going into the game.

This year we were considering going to the Texas A&M game or Arkansas game. I couldn't find anybody willing to plunk down $70 in advance to a ticket for either game. We're just regular people with regular check books.

I'm not a statistician or an economist but I feel like LSU Football has finally started to meet it's maximum price point. I don't think LSU has ever reduced season ticket prices in it's history but at some point, when do regular people say enough it enough? Including Tradition Fees its become rather absurd.

I would think I'd rather spend that money and go to a Saints game at this point since they're about the same retail price.

Ticket prices will never go down, unless you want the quality of the program to suffer dramatically.

I think that's a myth. What quality? We're probably headed to 4-5 losses this year. We could have gotten that at half the prices.

LSU charges Bama prices for Vanderbilt results. That's just the fact.

I have noticed empty seats several times on tv watching college football games. No doubt it has gotten very expensive for a family to attend games especially if you have to travel any distance. With all the games on tv it is really easy to stay home. Will be interesting going forward how college football goes with the pricing. I only make a few games a year now.

As long as there continues to be a waiting list to get season tickets, the price will continue to rise. Aside from lost $ on concessions, LSU could give 2 shits whether or not butts are in the seat. As long as they've got your money, they happy, happy, happy.

Neither of those statements are true. LSU's season ticket packages are a good bit less than Alabama's when including fees. Actually, LSU's are the cheapest or second cheapest ticket packages among the big six SEC football programs.

Get some basketball season tickets. Those seem like they have good value.

I'd be very surprised if Ticket Price + Tradition Fee wasn't near the very top. Not to mention the $800 parking pass they get you for.

It's not. Sorry to burst your bubble. Florida's are the most expensive, followed by Alabama's, Auburn's and Georgia's. Tennessee's and LSU's are the least among the six programs who have ever accomplished anything. Additionally, Aggy tickets and fees are higher than LSU's.
