Any word on why Hilliard didn't play Saturday night?

Haven't seared the board, but was just wondering if anyone had heard why Hilliard didn't play a down Saturday night???

pure speculation; but I thought he ran soft the last couple games. Getting stood up at the goal line etc.
He's not a speed guy, and against Bama the yards after contact might start before you reach the line of scrimmage. Hill and Ware brought that. Ford brings the threat of the corner. Hilliard, right now, doesn't bring anything other than rest for those guys. Hope he gets his mind right soon
