Participation list has loads of guys. Near the end we saw Brennan, CEH, McMath, and Justin Jefferson (just joined the team a few weeks ago) on the field.

Defense had studs out there all night. Kary Vincent, Delpit, and Taylor from the onset.

Right around half of the signing class got in the game.

I believe their recruiting is over and how they contribute is what's important.

Why is that the bigger question?

I was impressed with all of them! Considering they were playing high school football just a few months ago and to step out on national tv and perform is impressive!

That's my stance as well. Redshirting should not happen at high caliber programs unless injury or very raw.

Get them out there if they can help. My point here is how impressive the amount of players got in there already. That's awesome!

Dam right it is. If you know there's A CHANCE you could go in makes it much more fun to practice all week. Makes you work your arse off, too.

I thought Ingram looked solid at guard, and Taylor is a player at linebacker.

playing time, in The Dome, against a non-FCS opponent.

And several freshmen started. Nothing new to us; was same under Miles. But nice to see it continue. No starting an upperclassman then replacing him with the freshman just so the "starter" is this guy over the next.
